*In order to graduate with THEO families, your student must have been enrolled in at least one (yearlong or equivalent) THEO class during junior year and must be enrolled in at least one (yearlong or equivalent) THEO class during senior year.

After you have registered your student for THEO classes for his/her senior year, complete this application for your student to join THEO's 2026 graduation group.

Your $50 graduation deposit can be paid online HERE or by cash or check in the office. (checks payable to THEO Seniors)

Applications will not be accepted after May 1, 2025. Applying does not guarantee acceptance to the group, which can fill up by April of the students' junior year. The remaining $350 fee is due by September 1, 2025. NOTE: Fees subject to change due to venue.

By signing this form, we indicate that we have read THEO's online Graduation Handbook to ensure both parent/student understand what is required for participation in graduation and that one parent (with the student) will attend the mandatory graduation meeting via online platform on April 7, 2025 from 5:00-6:30 p.m. The student and BOTH parents are required to attend Graduation DRESS rehearsal in May 2026 as well as the graduation ceremony itself.*

We have carefully read the financial commitment details contained in the Graduation Handbook to ensure there is not any miscommunication over refunds or financial responsibility. Total fees are $400 and are non-refundable. $50 is due before this application will be considered accepted; $350 due by September 1, 2025.*

We understand that ten pictures, including the student's senior portrait, and a music selection (to accompany the slideshow) must be provided to the Multimedia Coordinator by September 1, 2025. The #10 (senior) photo may be replaced with a senior portrait no later than 1/31/2026. Multimedia Coordinator reserves the right to refuse any photo or music.*

We understand that the senior or a parent must submit 175-word paragraph, a senior photo, and a Bible verse for the graduation program by September 1, 2025. (This photo may also be replaced with a senior portrait no later than 1/31/2026*

We understand that at least one parent must attend an appointment to record a 30-second Parent Blessing at THEO. Appointments will be offered on one or more Saturdays in February 2026. The Parent Blessing should be practiced several times to ensure you're ready to record during your time slot. You may split the 30 seconds up between yourselves, but the max time is 30 seconds.*

We understand that the cost of professional senior portraits and graduation announcements are not included in the graduation fees.*
